Traditional Lanzhou Beef Noodle has a history of 120 years. It has achieved the distinctive combination of flavour with a “clear soup base, aromatic meat and fine handmade noodles” and their colourful dish of “One Clear, Two White, Three Red, Four Greens”.
We handmake our noodles using high-quality, high-gluten, natural flour into different shapes and thickness levels. The noodles are then complemented with our aromatic beef soup, soaking up the flavour to give it a delicious taste and appetizing aura.
