    Customer Service Information

    The Rhodes Waterside Customer Service Desk is located on the Ground Floor, near The Coffee Club. Our friendly team will be able to assist with directions, in centre services and events. 

    Disability Services and Facilities

    Rhodes Waterside has facilities and equipment to assist customers with limited mobility to make their way comfortably around the centre.

    Mobility Equipment

    Motorised scooters and manual wheelchairs are available as a complimentary service from the Rhodes Waterside Customer Service Desk, located on the Ground Floor. Upon hire, our Customer Service Team will take a copy of your current Driver’s Licence or Photo ID and contact number.

    Courtesy Carts

    Rhodes Waterside now offers shopping carts for hire from the Customer Service desk! You can hire a cart, fill it up with your shopping and take it home to unpack. Once you’re done, simply return the cart within 48 hours. 

    Free Justice of the Peace Service

    Our free JP Service is available each Wednesday between 9:30am and 12:30pm and Saturday between 9:00am and 12:00pm on the ground floor. The JP service is staffed by friendly volunteers from the NSW Justices Association.

    Route 458 services Rhodes Waterside and Rhodes Train Station. The bus stop is located at the entrance to the centre on Rider Boulevard. Visit the Sydney Buses for the 458 timetable and map of the route.


    Rhodes Waterside is accessible from the T1 Northern Line and by alighting at Rhodes Train Station. The centre is a convenient 5 minute walk from Rhodes Train Station. When arriving at Rhodes Train Station, follow the signs that say 'Shopping Centre' and stay on the footpath that runs parallel to the railway line. Rhodes Train Station is located on Walker St, Rhodes NSW 2138 and is wheelchair accessible. Visit Sydney Trains for current timetables.


    The taxi stand is located on Rider Boulevard, outside Oliver Brown. For more information please contact Transport NSW on 131 500.


    Rhodes Waterside is highly visible from surrounding roads and accessible from many major arterials including Homebush Bay Drive and the M4, Victoria Road and the M2 and Concord Road. Rhodes Waterside has 2,400 parking spaces for cars and parking is free for the first 3 hours. Parking is also free if you enter the car park after 6:00pm and leave before close at 12:00am and cinema patrons are entitled to 4 hours free parking.

So local residents can walk in and get large and bulky purchases home easily, there are 6 GoGet vans and utes located at Rhodes Waterside on the IKEA parking level.     *3 hours free parking is available once per day only. Licence Plate Recognition is used in this car park to monitor 3 hour turnaround. All day rate may apply for multiple entries on the same day. Parking is FREE if you enter the car park after 6:00pm, and leave before close at 12:00am. Cinema patrons please be advised that the first 4 hours of parking are free, then normal fees apply.

    Please validate your parking ticket at any Auto Pay Station before returning to your car. Auto Pay Stations accept coins, notes and major credit cards.

    Height Restrictions

    Rhodes Waterside Car Park has height restrictions of 2.05m for all levels, excluding the IKEA Pick-Up Zone located on Level P4 which has a height restriction of 4.2m.

    Disabled Parking

    Rhodes Waterside disabled parking is clearly marked by a blue light above each parking location. The best vehicle entry for disabled parking is Level P1 North and Level P2, accessible from Rider Boulevard and Oulton Ave. Please contact the Customer Service Desk on 02 8754 1111 to plan your journey. Some disabled parking is also located on Level P3 and Level P4.

    Parents with Prams

    There are a number of parking bays reserved especially for Parents with Prams. Parents with prams parking is located on Level P1 near the main lifts to the centre and also at the Level P1 North lifts. Level P1 is accessible from Oulton Ave and Rider Boulevard. The Rhodes Waterside Car Park has been awarded a 5-Star NRMA Excellent Car Park Security rating, and is one of only two shopping centre car parks in Australia to be awarded this rating. The other is Broadway Shopping Centre, also owned and managed by Mirvac.

    Where are the electric vehicle charging stations located?
    The charging stations are located in the car park on Level P3.

    How much does it cost to charge your vehicle?
    Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.

    How long can I charge my vehicle?
    Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. Please note that standard car parking rates apply.

    What hours are the charging stations available?
    The charging stations will be available to customers during the car park opening times.

    How many of charging station do you have?
    There are 3 charging stations all capable of charging any Electric Vehicle.

    The charging station won’t work for me, who can help? 
    The centre management team will be able to assist with any faults in the first instance. If you have any questions or require assistance, please text 0451562111.

    What types of vehicles can use the charging stations?
    We have both Type One and Type Two connectors on the cables so you can charge regardless of manufacturer. These are on the white charging pods. The grey charging units are Tesla Type Two and should be used only by Tesla vehicles.

    Do I need to provide our own adapters?
    No, you can leave yours in the boot. While there is a move toward a single connector type in Australia there will always be at least 1 x Type One and 1 x Type Two cables onsite.

    Do I need to register my details anywhere?
    No need to register your details anywhere, our charging stations are free for you to use without having to download any apps.




    Free WiFi at Rhodes Waterside

    Access free WiFi at Rhodes Waterside for 3 hours (180 minutes) or 1GB of free data every day* by simply following these instructions:

    1. Ensure your wireless enabled device is turned on and has its wireless signal activated
    2. Go to the Activate Wireless Network Connection List
    3. Select “_RhodesWatersideFreeWiFi” from the list. Note: you may need to select “Connect”
    4. On the welcome screen enter your details and select “Connect to WiFi”. By connecting to the WiFi you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Mirvac’s Privacy Policy
